When To Come In- Emergency Guide

How Our Hospital Works

Please call before arrival, if possible. Speaking with our trained staff first will allow us to begin assessing your pet’s condition and prepare for their arrival.
If we are unable to answer the phone, we may not have the space or staffing to assist. Unfortunately, due to high demand for emergency vet care, we may not be able to see your pet. In these cases, please reach out to an emergency facility below, or call us back in a few minutes.
Like a human ER, we triage patients to provide care to those who need it most first.
